OR MORE!As the name suggests, this little cottage was built in 1869 in the historic Petrie Terrace area of Brisbane City. 1869 Cottage in City keeps its historic character and now has all the modern comforts a couple could need. So close to all city attractions and yet tucked away in a quiet street, the cottage is ideal for travelers to Brisbane whether for holidays, work or relocation. Although the cottage is tiny and intimate, it has a feeling of spaciousness inside. Living, dining, tv and kitchen are all part of a single open-plan area. The living areas and main bedroom are both air conditioned and open onto a sandstone paved private courtyard, ideal for dining outdoors at the end of the day. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and, for an extra adult or a child, there is a second bedroom and bathroom. A stylish and functional kitchen features stainless steel appliances including microwave and dishwasher. Underneath is a secure, lock up garage.
